it should be possible to download the ticket list into a spreadsheet program. see http://projects.edgewall.com/trac/ticket/2669.

It is already possible to do this. There are CSV and TSV formats available for exporting, and every spreadsheet app I've ever seen can import from at least one of those.

Agreed. The CSV links at the bottom of the report and query pages are for just such a purpose.
