Add ability to add servers in Trac Navigator

Description

It'd be very convenient if it was possible to add new Trac servers directly from the Trac Navigator, without opening Trac Add Servers view. There are already so many views to open... and when a server is created it is in fact possible to modify its settings directly from Trac Navigator.
