Description

Having this in trac.ini: 

[wiki]
authz_svn_module_name = tracwiki
authorization_mode = none
# authz_file = /var/lib/trac/test/conf/authz.conf

Leads to the same error message as described in #293 - what is not compatible with the documentation at WikiRbacPatch (rev9), which says that authz_file is optional.

(Please fully restart your webserver after having modified trac.ini!)
